Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights. Your rights under this returns policy are in addition to your cancellation rights under the distance selling regulation and Consumer contracts 2013 In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, with tags and must not have been worn or used. Once you decide to return any product you must not use it and must take good care of it whilst it remains in your possession. The Product must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold to you. Please note that the product must also be returned with the tags intact. When returning your order please email [email protected] where you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) to include with your items. You must also include your Order number, name and billing address. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNING PRODUCTS BY POST (APPLICABLE TO ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY)

  • It is the customers responsibility to pay return postage costs.
  • To include a note with your order number, customer name and billing address and enclose it with your products. Ensure the product(s) are securely packaged.
  • Take the parcel (with the enclosed returns note) to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for your proof of posting certificate. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on dispatch and you should retain this until you receive your refund.

It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to enable a precise proof of the sending date
